My name is Tracy Colangelo and I have been in the Early Childhood field for twenty-three years. Sixteen of the those years have been providing childcare for working families. I chose family childcare as my career because my primary goal is to stimulate the child's growth and development, while igniting intellectual curiousity. At this age, children are rapidly developing cognitive, language, social and motor skills. They play, discover, and explore. By offering developmentally appropriate activities the child can reach his/her maximum potential.
